Ingredients
1 rack of ribs, any style
1 bottle Ken's Italian Dressing, any flavor option
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
1-2 tbsp. garlic
Directions:
1. Place one rack of ribs meat side down in a deep dish or roasting pan. Pour 1/2 to 1 bottle of Italian dressing over the ribs. You want to cover the ribs enough that the meat sits in 1-2 inches of dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 225°F.
3. Remove ribs from marinade. Place the ribs bone side down on wire rack over roasting pan or sheet pan. Add 2-3 inches of water. You do not want the water to touch the meat, but you want enough that the bottom of the pan is covered. It is ok to cut the ribs to fit your pan/rack. Place in oven on bottom rack for 8-9 hours. Check the meat every 2-3 hours adding water as necessary.
4. Once ribs are finished cooking, remove from oven and set aside. Turn the oven on high broil.
5. Combine BBQ sauce and garlic. Slather the sauce over the ribs front, and back.
6. Return the ribs to the oven on the bottom/lowest rack. Allow ribs to sit for 7-10 mins. Check the ribs frequently to ensure they do not burn.
Enjoy!!
